Eco Breakthroughs INC, a Florida Public Benefit Corporation ("EcoBreakthroughs", "we", "us"), operates ecobreakthroughs.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you book a strategy call, send an event or media inquiry, request a resource, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect what you enter in the form. Depending on the form, that is your name, work email, phone number, organization, website, organization size, your biggest challenge, investment range, timeframe, and event details.
We only ask for what we need to respond to you. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, the referring site, approximate location, device and browser type. If we run advertising, we may also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta Pixel to measure it. These tools set cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
We also record campaign information that arrives in the link you followed (for example utm_source or utm_campaign), the page you landed on, and the referring page, so we know which channels bring people to us.
How we use your information
To respond to your request, schedule and hold your call, and follow up about it.
To send you the resource or newsletter you asked for. Newsletters are only sent if you subscribed, and every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
To understand which pages and channels are useful, and to improve the site and our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business: our customer relationship management system (SlashCRM), which stores form submissions and sends our emails; Calendly, which schedules calls; Vercel, which hosts the site; and Google, LinkedIn, and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement when you have consented. They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate reason to keep them, and delete them when that ends or when you ask us to.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
Change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser; the banner will ask again.
Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing grant@ecobreakthroughs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Information is sent to us over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with providers that protect it with access controls and encryption. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16.
